Where are people getting correct size fuel lines and fittings for this?

Also, which inline pumps are people liking?

These pumps are available to most at the local generic auto supply and have never let me down:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/161222933393?lpid=82

As for fittings, it's a 1/8" NPT X 5/16 hose barb, but the sedimenter comes with brass fittings.

Hope to have a batch before Christmas.

Thanks Robert, do you run it on a switch, or do you have it turned on when the vehicle is turned on?

You can obviously wire it anyway you like, but I wire mine off the ignition circuit.

I'm guessing you don't need that 100 micron in line filter with that particular set-up. Also, if you wire it to the ignition, vs just using it to reprime the fuel filter or sedimenter, does it not cause addition pressue on the lif pump? Or just make it's job easier...

Robert do you have any step by step instructions for Dummies - including wiring the fuel pump? I am a little hesitant (as always) in doing something like this from scratch.

Sorry no, but the install is very very easy provided you are OK with electrical and fuel plumbing work, and can drill a few holes to mount the sedimenter and 12V fuel pump along the frame rails.

How would you configure the sedimenter in a dual tank 110? I have a 12 gallon ambulance tank under the right front passenger seat that is controlled by a valve that directs fuel to the engine with the excess fuel routed back to the main tank.

Bo:
I think you'll find that the manual switch you reference is actually a 3 way with inputs from both tanks and 1 output.
So you route the output from the 3 way to the sedimenter and then on to the lift pump (or 12V pump first if you install(ed) one).

Am no fan of the manual selection switches as they have a gasket that eventually gets hard and leaks air in and fuel out.
Generally replace the old manual 3-ways with a 12V 3-way that is more reliable.
