Defender Tubular bumper

FOR SALE:

Defender tubular bumper ( TF / Scorpion / Equipe look alike )

Got is few months ago, paid someone to sand and paint, well the sanding was done correctly however the asshat painted like spray can paint.

Will accept most winches with a 10"x4.5" bolting pattern, the winch will mount feet forward so those with integrated solenoid pack will not fit ( at least without modification )

Anyhow, it is cheap so ...

$ 250.00

Located in Sykesville - MD

Pick up but if you send me a label I will ship it ( all I'll do is bubble wrap it )

Of course I will meet you within reason

That is such a good price I can't believe it hasn't sold yet. Are you heading down to Virginia anytime? (Charlottesville) Or looking to see Doug. It would be a good bumper for a future project.

What does it need to be legal?

Are we talking tags?

The EPA and DOT waivers. According to our favorite shipping agent they should arrive in a week or two (this was an expected time frame). Once I have them I can get the US title, tags, etc. Theoretically you can run on the brit tags for a month and be within the letter of the law, but I don't feel like risking it for a joy ride.

My buddy ran Brit tags for MONTHS...I'd also not hold out for timely arrival of the docs. So I say you should drive it!

Granted in my 'hood the cops have far better things to do than pull over silly trucks on weird tags.

That's North Arlington. We're slightly more . . . transitional . . . down here. But we have Far better salvadorian restaurants than they do!

Have you tried registering it? I doubt they would actually look at all that stuff. DC didn't, they were too busy trying to figure out the V5.

I haven't -- I suppose it might be worth a try, especially at one of the smaller DMVs.
