Defender 200 TDI kit with everything and then some

Defender 200 TDI kit with everything and then some. This was for my rebuild and as you can see I put a bunch of money into it.

Switching to a LS1 motor and no longer need the 200 tdi, this is the proper 200 for a Defender with the high mounted turbo. I am including pretty much everything that you would need to put this into a 2.5 equipped Defender. The motor was purchased from John Craddock with 98,000 miles I put it in my 90 and drove about 1000 miles on it before deciding to do a ground up build on my 90 so it should still be under 100,000 miles. Ran and drove great, passed emissions with no issues.

The motor has a new water pump
New alternator
New lift pump
New Radiator hoses
New heater hoses (have RHD and possibly LHD hoses as well)
New throttle cable
New starter
New power steering pump
New silicone hoses for intercooler nice dark grey color (with fancy hose clamps)
Intercooler pipes
New proper air filter housing
New clutch (flywheel was resurfaced at same time)
New slave cylinder
New motor mounts
New cyclone vent
New valve cover gasket
New intake gasket
New exhaust gasket
New downpipe
Galvanized radiator surround
Hot tanked and pressure tested radiator
Intercooler
Proper fan shroud
VDO EGT gauge
VDO boost gauge
VDO Tach setup for this motor
VDO water guage and proper sender installed
Motor mounts
Fuel filter and pipes that mount to bulkhead
New Genuine timing belt kit (needs installed)
Has proper pulley so you can add A/C
Have used RHD power steering lines I will include if you want them

$4800 if you pick it up,

Might be able to deliver part way for cheap or can strap it to a pallet and you can have it picked up or I might be able to take it to forward air but would add a little to the price

Also have an LT77 rebuilt by Rob Dassler and a 1.4 t case for $1000 extra to make it a super complete setup

You won't know what to do with all that power.

The good news is, it's so close you can swing by and grab it on your way to uwharrie. LOL

In all seriousness, I just shipped a complete engine and gear box from San Diego to Ohio for $300 with fastenal.

I am super excited! Having to put it in 2nd gear low range to make it up the mountain to Wintergreen this weekend was ridiculous! Ray G can give a witness to that!

It has a new front downpipe and I will include the part that I had made to go between the downpipe and my muffler but not sure it will work on a 110 but happy to throw it in.

Ok. There's a Fastenal about 25 mins from me in Forest,Va. Let's ship it there.

Fastenal Store Code :
VALYN

2105 Graves Mill Rd. Ste C&D
Forest, VA USA 24551
P434)385-6860
F434)385-6902
VALYN@stores.fastenal.com

Raub you are going to need a lhd POWER steering box. If you want to knock this out in a weekend we should try to have the pressure hose from the pump to the box also. The rhd one will be too long. Since he's included the gauges get a Mud Pod and I'll send you home "tuned up".
