d-90 fuel pumps

I have two fuel pumps, one that I believe was original and one that I purchased just recently. Kept having problems with my fuel pump only to find the problem wasn't the fuel pump but the wiring leading to the fuel pump, replaced the original with a new one to be safe so the first one, although old, still works fine, the new one I thought was defective because it also didn't work but again, we come to find out that it was the wiring. So both work. Buy the new one and I'll throw in the old one for free to keep around in case of emergency or something. Make offer. If for some reason it doesn't work send me the part back and I'll refund you.

Fuel pump

A new relay is a very good idea. If you need a pump I have 2 and I'll make you a deal. If you can figure out the wiring run a new wire from where the wire begins directly to the fuel pump before disassembling the fuel pump. Otherwise you will waste time and money if it's just a short in the wire like I had. It's also why I have three fuel pumps, one in the car and two in a box one being brand new.

price for pumps

I have two pumps, one is brand new and I paid 330 for it. The other is the original, now that we know that it was the wiring and not the pump I'm of the assumption that they both work although admittedly the original is a bit long in the tooth. I will give you both of them for $199, never hurts to have a spare lying around.

96?

I didn't know they let those into the us, or are you overseas? My guess would be yes, those plastic fuel tanks you would assume they continued to use for a number of years. Changing the plastic mold would seem cost prohibitive. Be very careful with your tank, they don't make them anymore and I think cost around 2 grand to find a new one. But let me know.
