Len's website only has the boxes for the SW. I've got seatbelts to work around. Yours are exactly the kind I need..... just like a 94 ST factory but made of metal. I know you have the sheet brake and all but do you think these could be made without one. If so, would you mind sharing the measurements, guage, and a pic of the part uninstalled. Lowes has small pieces of sheet metal that I think are a good size for this. Don't know the guage. Thanks, Brian

All you really need is a vise and some 2x4's to act as the brake. Clamp the steel in between the wood and start the bend by hand. Gently use a hammer to get a good crease.

I'd make more, but I don't have a D90 anymore to use as a template.
