I built this when I still had a 3.9L in my truck - swapping it out for the 300TDI made this obsolete for me.
The cowling was custom made by me - I overlaid the radiator with a sculpted foam mold for the cowling then laid fiberglass over the top of the mold. It fits in the standard NAS D90 radiator cowling slots and is held in place at the top with some screws.
The fans are 12" SPALL fans, 1360cfm each - here's a vendor link: http://www.a1electric.com/Merchant2/..._Code=30102029
It did work pretty well - the truck never ran hot with them. I used a thermostat I put in the A/C fitting near the coolant thermostat.
Now it's taking up garage space.
The fans were over $100 each when I bought them, plus matieral to fabricate the cowling. Make an offer if you want to help clean my garage. Not sure what shipping will be for this or anything else, but it will be whatever UPS charges me to you.
I also have a Bosch starter with about 1 year of service on it. $75?
A new set of plug wires with about 1 year of service. $15?
02 sensor. $20?
2x MAF sensors. $20?
I also have a working in-tank fuel pump which I accidentally tore the screen filter off of. $25?
