Pedro from Alexandria, VA sent me a pm first.
They weigh 60 lbs so shipping is almost $80 to the East Coast. I'm waiting to hear back from him.
I think they will fit a D90, but I'm not sure. Please ask RTE-fab.
I'll let you know what Pedro decides - tomorrow.

Pedro, I'll probably have my set up for sale here in the next month or two. Same items, cranked RTE radius arms for a 3" lift. JBS made them back in the day and they are SOLID.
