That's a loaded question. My biggest hang ups will be getting the bulkhead etc dipped and paint.

That's tempting to pick up just to have. I'm sure the wife won't mind!

Makes one wonder how difficult it would be/long it would take to source all of the parts to build a 90 (non-NAS to avoid the factory cage complexity) solely off of the d-90 source classified ads.

It wouldn't take long at all.

I'm curious what the extra holes were for on the left front? Also why is getting the bulkhead dipped a hold up? if you need a place, uncle douglas recommends a place down by kings dominion (i can dig up the contact info if needed).

There shouldn't be extra holes. I think you're referring too the mounting holes for the bar that reinforces the frame.

The delay is from stripping the used Td5 bulkhead. I also need to fabricate and attach the bracket for the air cleaner, x2. Finish the mounting holes on the door bottoms, remove all the capping, etc. I'm hoping to be finished in the next week of two.

Is the place you know closer to kings dominion or Richmond?

The galvanizer can strip the bulkhead (by dipping it in galvy of all things) and as a bonus it's cheaper than blasting.

Not sure of the exact location off the top of my head - here is the address and plant Manager's contact info. I will be using them as soon as I get all my metal fab done (hopefully soon). Pedro needs some stuff gal vied if you beat me.
