USPS gave me a quote $58 for a large rectangular box but it didn't give me a size.
UPS gave me a quote of $70 but I get 30 or 40% off that coming from my office.
I don't think there is any pitting. I just pulled them off and I have a tendency to over seal things. With these I used a hard drying sealer on the matting surfaces and then went and back filled the drilled out voids with "right stuff".
As a consequence of so much sealer I haven't gotten them fully clean yet to be 100% of pitting. They were clean as they could be two years ago when I redid all the front seals. I have only had it out in the snow since then so no caked mud or anything.

I am going to take them over to my dad's before I sell them to try to make wooden templates. If they don't turn out I will make paper ones. I can send a copy of what I come up with.
These were the prototypes from the Rovertym disco so the process was not quite production precision yet and a couple of the holes were tweaked. I will do the best I can to get the exact measurements.
