I think it could go freight. I could wrap it and get it on a pallet. I can check the weight and dimensions for you.

No it will not break down. It is all welded construction unlike a wilderness systems rack for example. So it is large for shipping.
110 lbs with the ladder adn 113" long, 58" wide adn 16"high. Needs to be shipped via freight.

Sorry I have been traveling and out of email range for awhile. I'm back and ready to get rig of the rack. Not sure what the shipping costs would be but it is 110lbs including the weight of the ladder and the size is 113" long, 58" wide and 16" high. It needs to go freight. I can get it wrapped up and loaded on a pallet if you can arrange for a pick up.
