Borla Catback - D90

Basically new Borla muffler and tail pipe in Austin. Bought this month, had it on my D90 for less than a week and took it off. $625 shipped.

Yeah. It wasn't WAY too loud, but just not the sound I was looking for. After a few days I did start to get used to it but I went with my initial reaction to go back to stock.

Odd heard it was same as stock. Been looking for a borla but now second guessing.

It is definitely louder and a different tone. The only way to know for sure whether it will work for you is to hear it yourself.

I took video and it's posted over in my Borla thread. Rich, someone definitely lied to you - hopefully it wasn't your doctor. The tone of the new ones is even different than the old ones - I've had both.

I have a Borla on my 97SW, it is loud(er). I recently was told NRP it not quite as loud, havent made a change yet. Having a difficult time justifing the $1400.00 expense with the CATS. figured to do it all at the same time...

Spook. To see my video. Hit Search --> Advanced Search --> Keyword: Borla / username: rijosho / Select: Find Threads Started By User in the dropdown, and --> Search. It's in the second thread down.

Martin, what exhaust tip? I believe Borla changed the design a little. Any pictures?
