Looks great.. is the gap pictured below normal though? I though the badger tops sealed pretty well?

Not typical. I think George just installed it temporarily, or took the pics before it was installed completely, as the rear curtain isn't installed all the way either.

But to answer your question, the side tucks into the vertical portion of the gutter kit, then there are pull tabs up top that you pull up around where those exterior pads are on the B pillar. Then you Velcro them into the interior of the main section of the soft top.

It's a very precise fit, so I'm giving it some time to stretch before nipping and tucking to perfection. The top needs to come back over the C-Pillar another 1/2 inch and the flap on the passenger side needs to be straightened out and tucked into the vertical gutter.
