Big Boy truck upgrade kit

I'm toying with going a different route so I'm throwing this out there to see if anybody has any interest.

Have you been wanting to turn your truck into an awesome trail machine? Well here is your chance. For sale are the following items.

2 Ashcroft Air lockers with Ashcroft 4.75 years. These were bought from and setup by Lucky 8 and only have 4-5 wheeling trips on them.
Set of 24 spine Ashcroft HD rear axles with HD drive flanges.
Tibus HD CV's and front axles including HD drive flanges.
5 Q-78 TSL Super swampers on steel wheels. These have less than 300 road miles and 4-5 wheeling trips.

Everything is located near Raleigh NC. Asking $5,000 for everything. This would run you well over $6,000 new.

I'm willing to break up the package if the lockers sell. Looking for $2,500 for the setup lockers and 4.75 gears.

Yes they are ABS compatible. Currently the axles are only available as part of a package that includes the lockers. I'm not breaking them up unless the lockers sell first.

Would you be willing to split out the tires/wheels? If so, what would you need to get for them? Are they 16 or 15 inch rims and tires?

Right now everything is dependent on the lockers. Once they sell, I'll be open to splitting which ever way. They are for 16" wheels. PM me if you're genuinely interested.

Everything but the tires/wheels can be shipped easy enough. Lockers can be shipped in 5 gallon buckets. Everything listed above came off the white truck on the right in the attached picture.

Open to reasonable offers on the Lockers. Lockers will also come with switches, solenoids and a new roll of air line. I'll be driving west down I-40 through Nashville and up towards MO next weekend. So I can help with delivery in that direction.

Ashcrofts are superior in design to the ARBs. I'm on my phone or I'd go into detail. Engagement strength/seal/air line routing to sum it up.

I broke both of my 4:11 R&Ps on a trail and my ARBs survived, but are the RD56.

GBR? are you asking about the Axles or Gears? No major difference on the axles. I believe GBR are wasted and Ashcroft not so much. But those are the only differences I'm aware of. As far as the gears GBR base most of theirs on a 7 tooth pinion while Ashcroft use an 8 tooth pinion.

As far as the RD56 and 128 being the ARB lockers. Most people consider the Ashcroft to be superior because after many years of fixing ARB's Ashcroft redesigned all the common failure points and built their own lockers. There is a good description on the Ashcroft website.

I'll be driving down I-40 to Nashville Friday, returning on Sunday, and could meet along the way. I'll also be going to Uwharrie Safari in April and can deliver there.

Ok, the new truck is home so it's time for this stuff to go. All items are + shipping.

Ashcroft Lockers, setup with 4.75's $2,500 and I'll include the ARB compressor, switch and wire harness.
HD front and rear axles, CV's and HD drive flanges $1,100 for the whole kit. I'd prefer to sell these as a kit but if there are no takers I'll eventually split them up.
4 Q-78 TSL Super Swampers mounted on 16x8 steel wheels $1,100. Planning to keep #5 as a spare.
