Are these actual beadlocks or simulated ones? The bolt spacing makes me think they are simulated but I could be wrong.

Also are you willing to ship and sell just the wheels?

Thanks

Tyler I thought the same thing but was since told that Allied doesnt make fake beadlocks. If someone is willing to buy just the tires and willing to separate them I could sell you just the wheels. But I sold my truck and have no means to transport these big ass tires to a tire place to get them pulled apart.

John did you mount those tires or were they on the truck when you bought it? Do they say Allied on them? I was just curious if indeed they are not Allied as i went to their site and they do not have a wheel that looks like those but yours look exactly like the ones that Trek outfitters sells. Sorry to be questioning it just curious.

I have attached some images of the allied wheels and the Trek ones as comparison to yours. The Trek one is on the red disco.

Thanks.

I could be wrong, but I think Trek Outfitters went out of business a long time ago- maybe Allied used to make some beadlocks that looked like that a long time ago.

I have owned real allied rock-a-thon beadlocks and I can tell you 1) they have 32 bolts on the ring and 2) you won't find an acutal photo of the land rover ones on their website.
Check out http://www.defendersource.com/forum/...ghlight=allied or just search "Allied" in the for sale section.

Those look kind of like the kits that Bart sells. For dirt track racing.

Yes they are allieds. I have the original receipt for them. The last owner paid over $1200 just for the wheels and more than that for the tires.

Gotcha. No worries. Was just a bit confused.

I am looking for some wheels that are not real beadlocks as I will be using the truck mostly in travel etc... but i like the idea of a simulated beadlock because it has that extra more stout ring to help with rock rash.

Thanks and again sorry for questioning it just wanted to make sure.

Good luck with the sale.

Not sure I follow why you wont be able to "travel" with these wheels since I drove everywhere on them but good luck.

To provide proof that they are real Allied beadlocks for you... It also shows you are offering a great deal.
