Ron - please tell me about the forward facing fold-ups - are they the Exmoor seats? What upholstery are they? Are they complete with mounting hardware or are these just seats?

Jim, The seats are like the Exmoor in a black vinyl. Face forward when down and fold up and away when not in use.
I may have some bolts for them. Seat bracket is attached to the seat.
