'97 NAS Front Seats

I have a pair of front seats from my 1997 Defender available following installation of Exmoor upgrades. Everything, including the frames but minus the fixings included in sale. Will upload pics tomorrow.

I have no idea how much I should sell these for and if this breaches forum rules, all I can do is apologise in advance. I am open to sensible offers, will ship via UPS or FedEx and I will only charge for whatever they quote for shipping. PayPal only please.

As soon as the footy (Sunderland v Arsenal) is over, I'll upload pics and come up with a price.

And the last set of pictures. As you can see, both seats are in good condition although please note:

One seat pad and trim needs to be replaced while the other could be used as is although the buyer may decide to upgrade both.

Please note the tell-tell nicks on the back rest rear when the seat abuts the cross member.

One screw missing from the back of the plastic widget on the back of one of the seats.

Mechanisms on both seats work very well.

These seats are I am certain original to my '97 D90, so please don't expect perfection. There are some areas of surface oxidisation (rust) but this is minimal. All plastic and metal components are otherwise in good condition as evidenced by the images.

Please, if you want any additional pictures and/or information, just ask me and I'll be very glad to help out.

I will only sell them together and I am asking $350 OBO for both, plus shipping via FedEx. Please PM me with your complete address details and I'll establish shipping as soon as I can afterwards. This may not happen as quickly as you'd like as I am my Wife's PCG and cannot leave her unattended, plus I have my own disabilities.

Thanks for your interest and if any clarification is required, as I say just give me a shout.

Cheers,

RedD90

$250 for the pair; need room to park my new Toyota in the garage and these surplus D90 bits, along with all the other stuff clogging up valuable garage space has to go ASAP. If no takers by tonight, I'll be literally binning them unless pick up is arranged before Sunday.

FedEx have estimated shipping to northern States will be about $125, so bear this in mind when you deliberate. Emails after 12:00am tonight will be ignored, so get your skates on! If this doesn't represent good value, well I'm stumped. lol

Please let me know when they arrive and that all is well.

Also, would be great if you get the time to take pics of your project and share them with us.

I had to refund Derek's payment due to FedEx's cost-prohibitive shipping charge of $207 CDN which they had originally quoted me at $125. FedEx pass on their sincere apologies to you, Derek for getting the quote so wrong.

Edit: Hold that thought - still trying to work with Derek as he may be able to come up with a more reasonable shipping solution. I'll update this thread as soon as I hear back from him.

These seats are available again owing to the extremely high shipping rates to the west coast (Oregon). Unless you're willing to take a big hit on the shipping, I am able to ship these for $125 to States immediately adjacent to the Province of Ontario. Beyond that, I will need to get you a quote to let you know what shipping will be.

As these are pre-boxed and ready to be shipped, I have been able to store them until I find a new buyer, so no rush. Still $250 ($125 each) plus shipping. I have some other Defender bits I'm selling so aside from the seats, feel free to PM for a list of what's additionally available.
