94 NAS Diavia A/C System

Complete minus compressor, drier (you can have it if you want it but its old), and hoses, and missing one louvre.

Includes complete wiring harness with relay box and dash switches. Condenser if you want it, and cooling fan (tested and works). Not the best condition, a piece broken out on the evaporator housing and a small crack or two in the fascia, but it'll keep you cold this summer! The blower motor works great.

$500. Shipping is probably about $150. If you want to pick it up, we're located just SE of Portland, OR.

Actually, I'll include the two hoses/lines from the evaporator too. I just need to figure out what size fittings they have.

He's a love cat. He belongs to the neighbors down the hill, but they're not home a lot so he adopted us. We made a heated bed for him in box on the porch. I didn't want another cat, but now he's trained me to take care of him.

AC Dial

I gotta ask, do all the NAS AC dials look like they were painted by a preschooler? The white paint on the fan control on mine looks the same as this one, wonky. I thought it was something the PO had done while drinking in the dark.

Thanks for the diagram! Very cool. That could be the Diavia wiring diagram. It looks a bit different than the Wynn's diagram: http://www.defendersource.com/forum/...tml#post325139

I did a little online research and Webasto still makes Diavia A/C systems so some of the parts like the louvers, knobs, and controls label are still available. They even make kits for the Defender 90 still (Tdi and Td5), but I don't know if it looks the same as the 94 NAS version. The parts for a Wynn's system on the other hand are probably long NLA. They sold their A/C systems division off to Moog who liquidated it in 96, so just after the Defender units were made. Article: WYNN'S INTERNATIONAL, INC. SELLS ASSETS OF ITS AIR CONDITIONING SUBSIDIARY - Free Online Library

I measured the Diavia louvers and found them in the catalogue. I don't know where they can be ordered. I guess from a Webasto distributor.

Small: I measured 92x52 mm

Part number 62063064A (92x51x32 mm)

Web link: Diavia - Products - Components - Accessories - 063064
(Product page shows 92x52x30 mm)

Large: I measured 134x46 mm

Part number 62063049A
134.5x46x24.3 mm

Web link: Diavia - Products - Components - Accessories - 063049
(Product page shows 132x45x24 mm)

Note: Product webpages show slightly different dimensions than listed in catalogue: http://www.webasto.com/fileadmin/web...-catalogue.pdf.
