Not that I am a buyer, but out of curiosity, can one mate it to a 200-300tdi? I know that some have their engine going up to 130-150 hp. Might hold up better then a lt77 or r380?

I do not believe they are any stronger. They have a better range of gears though.

There is an adapter kit, but it is not cheap.

Looks like 1st is a "granny gear", so you really have a 5 speed with granny.
Granny gears are nice when off-roading.

That's amazing. The MT82 is lightyears ahead of the LT77/R380, this is a great deal for a solid gearbox.

Yep, pretty expensive but, Ashcroft makes good products. Dunno if it worth it as the overall gearing is about the same as a lt77. Is it stronger? If not, no point swaping! A rebuilt lt77 or r380 is less expensive. Not much use for the short 1st. Just use the low range if you're that loaded.
GLWTS!

So, this will or won't fit an '84 v8 110 with a 4-speed?
