This is how they look on a Defender. Great replacement Tire for the discontinued KM2.
Profile is far more rugged than KM2.

Probably a hard sell when they are $788 brand new SHIPPED for four 265-75-16's on eBay. Just saying.

Not trying to be an ass really....

Doug. The cheaper tires are the AT not MT. But thanks for being informative.

I have a set of AT as well.

Here are some 285's - I didn't have time to search for the 265. But these are only $818.

Just want people to be informed.

To be fair, taxes and shipping make this pretty close to cost; depending on state ect.

OP might be a little high but he's not that far off

I just didn't like that he posted a pic of some 35" 12.5 18" tires as "comp" at 1100+ etc. - shipping 4-5 tires is EXPENSIVE and these on eBay at under $800 for 4 SHIPPED, insured, warrantied and NEW is a lot cheaper than the have been mounted, no warranty tires.

Sorry if this sounds like an ass comment - but this community looks out for one another and while I'm not here that much these days I'd hope someone would call me out if I post something slightly out of line too.

If it's an honest mistake that's cool.... Sorry.

If you think they are too expensive don't buy them. Regardless of what you think it is unseemly to post these kind of remarks about a for sale item.
Just because Mr Himalaya posted the ad doesn't mean it's open season.

Thank you for your comments. You are correct I mistakenly posted comparison with wrong size.
Yeah.. thats me. I like to con people.

Yep you can buy them cheaper. Try to balance them. Seconds and blems are sold to cheap tire distributors.

Since I know the CEO personally of Atturo tire, and these were perfect set for a photoshoot for advertising purposes for Atturo Tire I would assume they are hand selected and perfect.

So are saying discounters like tire buyer.com, and tread depot are selling seconds?

Oh geez here we go.
How many tires you buy in a year? More than me? So your first hand knowledge about cost difference on tires from different sources would have credit would it?

This is a set of tires specifically chosen for a one off photoshoot to advertise Atturo tires. If you know anything about this world (which I do) the cream of the crop is chosen. Someone hand selects them.

There is a difference between discount and direct from factory first grade okay superstar?

Okay. Discounted to $18 bucks a tire. You caught me trying to rip off the forum.

It was an honest question. And I have purchased 5 sets this year. Thanks

I really was curious. Not wanting to buy a blem or second...

Isn't there some rule about crapping on a for sale thread?
I think Mark is a male lesbian still this could be some kind of hate crime.

Sorry - I'm don't mean to be crapping on his thread.... But if something is overpriced and possibly miss represented I'm going to say something. Not a personal attack, he may be a hell of guy?? No idea.

And as to how many tires I buy a year? Hmmm, likely around 300 or so from a few different suppliers. Whatever.

He's welcome to delete the thread, advertise them correftly and move on.

I'm done.
