5 Defender Deep Dish alloy wheels

I have 5 deep dish wheels I would like to sell to make some space. Send me a message with your email and I can send some more detailed pictures.

These came off of a Defender XS from about 2004. I would prefer these be picked up either in Manhattan or Westchester, NY but I can make arrangements for shipping.

I was quoted $200.00 to have these refinished and would be willing to bring them over there to have the slight curb bumps and finish redone provided the buyer pays me in advance. That price was for either alloy or powdercoat finish for all 5.

I had an offer for $350 the last time these were up and was looking to get slightly more. It is hard to find a set of 5.

These are on ebay right now from another seller for 150 per wheel in approximately the same condition. I paid 100 per wheel and used them for about a year.

I posted some photos of the worst curb bumps...they are not so noticeable when mounted but for $200.00 it may be worth it to have new looking wheels.

Hope everyone is having a nice holiday weekend. Please send me a pm with your email as I can't log on here so often.

Ben

Sooooo $350 is too low but you paid $500 for them. So I'm guessing somewhere in between there is the sweet spot?
You'd probably be better off setting a price, keeping in mind Deep Dish alloys arent that uncommon and were found on many D1's.

Do you want them? 400 is 80 per wheel which seems fair.

Had those on my last D90 - loved the way they looked!
Good luck with the sale.

Nice looking truck! I like the deep dish wheels. I do not understand why the boost wheels are so popular when they look almost identical. If I had kept the stock axles, I would have gone with this style wheel.

Deep Dish and Boost are similar. But, since the newer Defenders come with the boost, those are more desirable. Or they remind everyone of their late 80's Camaro.
