(5) BFG 245/75/16 All terrains

Have 5 of these from a set of wheels I bought from Mark today, he said 4 of them are 90% and 1 is like new (spare), honestly they all look 99% new to me, can't tell the difference. Other than some scuffs on the side walls from being stacked they look great.

I'm mounting different tires so if anyone can use these heres your chance.

They go for $183 new ech from tire rack, make an offer - local pick up/close delivery if fine, located in Red Bank NJ

I'm taking them off tomorrow (as you can see they are already loaded in the truck), the tire shop said they will make me an offer on them when they see them so if you want them speak up pronto!

Hope the picks are ok - too lazy to rotate them

Adrian I forgot to tell you this when we spoke, but this tire is pretty common on Discoverys. I don't know if you're a member of Discoweb, but you may get a quick offer or two over there.

Here's how they look on a Disco for anyone interested (searched them a bit when I was a contender for the set he bought):

Concur, you'll get good vis on Dweb and these are popular for D1's as you can make them work with minimal lift/minimal cutting (better than 235/85's at least). If I didn't have nearly new 235/85 BFG AT's on my truck right now this is what I'd be looking for to do DD duties.

This is pretty much exactly what I am looking for, can you get the last few digits of the DOT number on the sidewalls for me? I just want to check how old they are...

Too bad we didn't coordinate earlier (I should have been clear about what I was really in the huunt for when I was crying over missing the deal on these).

I already have Wolf wheels, but was interested in the tires as a set of road-tires for my 110. The BFG Mud-Terrain tires are noisy and aren't the best for mileage. So, all I really needed was these tires and I'm located less than an hour from where you picked them up.

Unfortunately, it's probably not economical to ship them back up to Mass. If somebody is driving back up here, going through NJ (Bobcat 110 where are you?), I'd be okay with $200 for the set, but not looking to pay $50/tire plus $35-$50/tire in shipping.

Adrian, it was a pleasure doing business with you. You are an officer and a gentleman.

FYI, the tires sat in my climate-controlled basement for most of their lives. I had these tires and wheels (briefly - - probably less than 500 miles overall) on a ROW 110 Tdi that I had a few years ago. As you say, they are not cracked or sun-checked at all - - they were stored in a cool, dry, dark basement. Like a fine wine!

Good luck with the sale and thanks again.

-Mark

Thank you for everything Mark, it was great dealing with you as well... Sorry we couldn't catch up, I would have loved to rummage through all your defender stuff and been tempted to buy more, but its probably best for my wallet that I didn't!

I'm sure the tires will go to good use for a good price.
