5 255/85/16 on Black PC Rims

Selling a set of 5 freestyle black powder coated rims 4 on the car and one like brand new spare. Rims are done in semi-gloss black powder coat. The rims and tires have not been offroaded since put on truck. All of the rims can be balanced and run though one rim is slightly bent (and should be moved to the spare if concerned) in the inside but I am still running it on the truck. From the spare tire, new tread depth is 9/16 and all of the tires that are on the ground seem to have 5/16th left on them. Tires are Cooper Discoverer STs and IMHO these things handle great in dry and wet pavement. The set also comes with 1.5 inch wheel spacers to that in the end you get a nice flush mount rim. I have not had a problem with the rims or the spacers and the Powder coat was done about 2 years ago at the time the tires were installed. I am moving to 15 inch beadlocks with 33 inch tires so these have to go. Am I out of line asking $800 plus the ride for the set of 5 rims, 5 tires, 4 spacers and 23 lug nuts?
The pics go in the following order - drivers side front, drivers side rear, passenger's side rear and passengers side front, spare.
I would prefer local pick up if possible.

Nope, great price for all of that! Wish I wasn't on the other side of the country.

Hey man, I read somewhere that bead locks don't do well on tires under 35' . I'm not sure why... Just something I read that stuck with me...

Mark,
I will poke around but I already bought a used set of Allied 15 inch and the 33s that were on them. Unfortunately the tires were not still on the rims and the tire shop I took them too for mounting can't seem to mount them smack head here.
