So I have a couple NAS scages that I bought for 110 ST conversions.

One is a French style NAS style cage, which means it is identical to the NAS 90's without the front Exocage A pillar. it was bought by accident... This a complete kit and I am happy to install if buyer wants me to, I will not beable to ship til mid July because of scheduling and travel...

The kit consists of
-Gutter kit with NAS brackets and side pcs $1250
-Rubber NAS B pillar, cantrails, diagonals and C pillar $4500
-c pillar tie ins/d pillar to chassis mounts
-The Cantrails have been shortened for a five door 110 tub
-It comes with 90 NAS tub capping that have been shortened as well for the 110 tub $300
-fold down Tailgate $300
-pending time restraints I will include a Exmoor top that has been modified to for the 110 five door for an additional $2000
-Header bar $275

Install additional $2500, if you have a smooth roof would consider a credit for trade parts as well.

-Parts not including top $6625 plus shipping and handling
-Top additional $2000
-Installed additional $2500 I

f you see the last image, it is of the actual b pillar that does not have the exocage mounts. I believe it is a French made part that did not run the front exocage. And to be clear the pics are of a customers truck so you can visually see what it will look like. This kit does not have the ability to run a front exocage.

Confused about the cantrials. You shortened them? How? Aren't they covered in foam?

Magic yes they are covered in Rubber... If you don't shorten them the cage is to big to fit the gutter Kit. Four inches makes a world of difference(that's what she says)

I would like to see pics of the finished product. Is that what other's (ECR, etc) do to make beach runners?

Does shortening them mean you cut an end off and re-weld the mount where it fits into the B or C pillar? This have any effect on its over all strength?

Yes, cantrails are shorted (the magical 4" - the difference in length of the 110 tub vs. 90ST tub) for 110 soft tops. I know ECR uses two sets to make one. Cutting, welding, gluing. In the process of doing the same for my rig.

Brain - not to hijack - but confused about the pics with the additional hoop behind the "B-hoop" on the tub(which is not set back 4"). Is that the French one?

Mind if I ask where the gutter kit came from?
If I didn't have a pile of ST cage parts I'm using to build my 110ST, I'd be all over this.

cheers

I make the Gutters in house, the pic with the B pillar on the black tub is just that a pic... I just put the pillar on one of our conversions to show what it looks like. The other is a HD hoop set for another customer. I don't want to be a dick, but I don't want to get into how I do the conversions any questions regarding the kit I am happy to answer. Any other inquires please send me a pm and I am happy to answer. Only reason I am selling to get funds for our paint booth. I have a couple interested parties already, so I will make updates when it sells.

I know ECR used two sets to make them for a 130 where they were longer. Never saw it on a 110.

Still like to see it up close.

I told you the other day we should... Putting your truck and this kit together would make a cool truck, and you have half doors.
