101 FC axles for sale

Front and rear 101 Forward Control axles for sale. One is NOS (New Old Stock, brand new but sat around on a shelf for a spell) and the other was completely rebuilt in the UK before being imported. Drum brake all the way around but can be machined to disc. These axles are nasty big and put a salisbury to shame (I can say that cuz I have both here). Fronts are CV's so they are a lot smoother off-road than the Dana stuff, and, unlike the Dana stuff, the pumpkin is positioned congruent with the T-case. As these axles sit, they could turn 44's. I think the gearing was 5:88 but I need to check.

$2400 OBRO. Located in Portland. Could deliver if not too far or set up shipping.

Thanks
Brent

I'm also selling my full set of Disco axles with 18k original miles on them...

Yes they are. Only difference is the ABS gear which can be eliminated.
thanks

Actually I know EXACTLY what I mean and have no idea who you or your "friend" are. I JUST listed these axles and have only talked to one person locally about selling them, and he was crystal clear on what I was talking about. I never referred to the 101FC axles as ENV's to ANYONE. When I compared them to the salisburys I meant that compared to a salisbury 110 axle (which 99.9% of everyone else knew what I meant by salisbury), the CV's, shafts, etc. of the 101FC's were substantially more stout.

GOT IT??????????????????????????

Axles

Dont get your pantys in a bunch. Sure you just isted them, but they have been for sale for a while. I dont think 99.9% of people even know what a 101FC axle is, so telling folks it puts a salsbury to shame might mislead some because, it is, in fact, a salsbury. My Friend came up with Christian B. to portland to get some 90 stuff at the shop. My friend got the impression from you that they were ENVs. In fact he called me shortly after seeing you to tell me there were a pair of ENVs for sale. It would not surprise me as Pascal used to refer to them quite frequently as ENVs. You met me at the field meet.

Steven has been trying to sell them for a while, not me. This is the first I have listed them, on Steven's behalf. I don't believe I have ever met you but know who you are. And I WILL get bent when someone posts a message saying I don't know what I am talking about. I knew your name sounded familiar but your location being listed as Indiana threw me off as how you could be in the loop on these axles.

Sure we have, you were wearing the muscle shirt and had the fancy hairstyle. remember?

Ask Steven if hes interested in anything on trade for these axles. I cant seem to reach him by phone. Relk F. is kind of eyeing them for his project. Drop me an email at: lemurstew@aol.com

Hey Brent,

Tell Steven that if he ever sells those axles, to tell the buyer that I still have my ARB with the custom broached side-gears for sale.

Probably the only ARB for a 101 axle ever made IMO.

Anyway, tell him hi for me too.

Well, the side-gears alone cost me $650 to be broached, re-splined and re-hardened.

I'd say about 1200 smacks for the locker...never been installed.

Where can I see more pics of your 110?

Mike:

Ok, I'll let any prospective buyers know.

I'll send you a couple pics of the 110. I still haven't put the front portion of the NAS cage on and am missing a few other bits. But, since someone "borrowed" a pushrod from the motor when it was in the shop, we did so much crap to it to get oil pressure up, then finally discovered that the rod was gone, replaced it, now it won't idle. So it's been on the back burner..... damn

Wow, that sucks about the push-rod.

Interesting about the Aussies. Figures really...
