You got to be kidding me. These things usually go quick here.
No one needs a new spare tire carrier?

Huh?

I don't know about calling it Galvanized, it looks that coating failed a while ago. To be honest with your advertising id call it used and surface rusted and cut the price by a 3rd

I have two of these. One is perfect and this one only has superficial staining from rim rash. It is still completely galvanized. I paid $75 for this and am making no profit. Just trying to clean out the basement.

What, did you find your way here from DiscoWeb? LOL!

"1/ Galvanized NAS 110 Rear Door Spare Tire Mount - $75.00 SHIPPED!. " The text is cool but the picture shows the opposite... Could care less about your profit margin I was just pointing out a error in your add and 75 is a sucker price for a rusted part like that... Yeah yesterday was my first post on D90 "Join Date: December 15th, 2005" ... I'll take that as a slam and pass on all your future sales... Sale lost I would have licked it had I know you had a new one

This is still available, however ... I am offering now the one that I have that has no rust stains on it. Keeping this one for trailer spare mount.

I'll get a pic up later.

Same price ... perfect condition.

Thanks

OK, So I was able to make adjustments to the tire mount already on the trailer to accept a wolf wheel.
Now I do not need either of these.

The one with (AND I ASSURE YOU, ... THESE ARE JUST STAINS!!) rust stains: $60.00 shipped

The one with no rust stains: $75.00 shipped

TWO SPARE CARRIERS AVAILABLE

THANKS

OK, Just to clarify:

There are TWO TIRE CARRIERS!! I sanded the rust stain off of the first one and gave it a spritz coat of Cold Gavli. Looks much better.

That one is $65 SHIPPED (shown 2 pics below- you can tell which one)

The other is as was (no galvi paint) and it is $75 SHIPPED.

Someone please buy these.

Since this thread has gone awry anyway, I'll add my experience. Typically people are trying to get rid of these because they destroy rear doors. I've never seen one sell for any $$ at all.

Well, I paid $75.00 for the one I have listed for $65.00.

Originally, it was purchased for a series IIA rear door.

The other one came off of a NAS 110 and would be great for someone wanting to return their truck to stock (even if it does ruin the rear door).

OEM door has reinforcing to support the mount and wheel, don't think its an issue unless you run larger than 33s and monster tires.

My 110 had the stock spare on the back until I got it. I heard clicking in the door and pulled it apart. I had so many damn cracks it was insane. The original doors are crap.

The doors are fine, but hanging 70 pounds of wheel and tire on long posts cantilevered 10 inches off the back is dumb design. Even if you don't slam the door, it will eventually fail due to road vibration. The slightest corrosion speeds the process along.

Well, Another good use for these is to mount them to an aluminum ribbed or solid surface roof rack to mount your spare to. They don't just have to hang off the back door.

Think outside the box.
