That is exactly what you should do. Do not have it delivered. Either go out there and get it, get Timm to go over it with you personally, or have him drive it to Jersey.

You NEED to have him go over the truck with you. It will have some quirks that only Timm will be able to explain. Not that I know of anything in particular, but anything he's built will require some 'instruction' on it.

Don't worry...it's a GOOD thing.

Or you could pay me to drive it to NJ for you.

I am Pendy.

Not Mr. Pilkington.

Don't be nervous guy. We will all help you get through this. Its nervous to spend money on this type item. But I think we all believe you will get what you paid for and then some.

Talking I Am Grateful

Hi All,

You have all been excellent! Even during the unintended stressful period when I had mistaken the meaning of MONKEYBOY'S post you guys assured me all was going to be fine. Thank you for that. It is not an option for me to get out to California at this point in time. The ROVER is scheduled to be on the transport on Aug 28 or 29. Then it is scheduled to be at my home by Sept 5th. That sounds fast to me. I'm expecting at least another week will pass bringing it to the lucky 13th. I will be happy when ever it gets to me, [assuming it won't take till October].

Follow-up Post:

Hi Jorge,

It's good to hear from you. You and Randy will likely be the first of the community to see and ride in my ROVER.

You know Jack, you could buy my 145 and then you'd be part of the uber-exclusive Two-cars-by-Timm club.

Thumbs up

That is an impressive vehicle.

Do you use it for commercial jobs

or is it a camper or something else?

Why not make it your avatar?

when I was last on the computer no AVITAR was visible on

your posts! My little son did a similar UNPLANNED "FINGER" for

the picture in our CHURCH DIRECTORY!

I truly have NO CLUE what is going on with the M. Slade Rover nor the www.nclrclub.org -

I think the badge looks kind of like the ROVER I bought if that is what you're referring to Jeff.

Follow-up Post:
