Rolled D-90 Naqs $9700

This is a 1994 NAS Defender 90 that was in a rollover accident. IT ONLY HAS 55,000 Miles which makes it a very low mile defender. the engine will start and run, thee frame has no rust( see pictures) and is very usable. It is a good candidate for a rebuild back into a Defender 90 or 110 or even a 130, the vehicle has been stored inside for the past 8 years, seats are good and roll cage looks to be able to be straightened, It has a Maryland Salvage Title, which can be rebuilt in any state, I also have available to the buyer the following parts needed to finish the body; a rear (tub) box, hood, door top, door bottom, front fenders complete for $3,600, you just add labor and paint and have a 55K mile D90 for $13K. email with any questions.

Even though I favor the 110 more, I could be happy with this 90.

Second on what Jonesy said!

That being said, if going through I'm not far off and happy to help.

Ask for more pics. This has been all over eBay and the entire thing is crooked. There is little chance of being able to do anything with this thing.

Man that would be a great purchase.

I have been out of the Defender game for many many years and when I saw the Creed name get posted I immediately cringed.

The body and frame are garbage. You are basically buying scrap and giving him a nice little donation.

That yellow one in Portland has been on the iaai website for at least 6mo. Doesn't seem to be going anywhere any time soon.

The description of what it needs isn't even close. Many of you know I built mine from a roll over so I know what it entails. You will want to start from a new chassis. The bulkhead, which you use to square up the rest of the truck will need to be redone--and trust me on this-- your better off just replacing it. I repaired tons of my panels-- working on aluminum if you haven't is tricky, to say the least. There is no typical stretch/shrink like you do with steel. The cage is trashed. All that said, you can rebuild it. personally, just buy a beater and your 90% better off. Or get this for $4-5k.
If you decide you have to have it, figure on adding 10k in parts and way more in labor unless you do it yourself and don't want to add up your hours. There is no way to do this properly for $13k. Don't fool yourself.

Maybe because it's listed as a theft. Could still be in the investigation process with the police and the insurance co. It's not unfixable from what I can see, all the doors can still be shut and there's no wrinkles or breaks in the bulkhead. Too bad it didn't have better (any) sliders on it, that side impact damage wouldn't have been that bad.

I'm sure. I got an up close look at a rolled over NAS 110 Almost everything was twisted and wracked. She's in good hands and getting fixed but it was ...heartbreaking to see.

Not for me

Sorry to say, I have to pass.

This was a project for my 2 boys and I.

I showed my sons the photos and they said we would spend more time fixing it than driving it.

We agreed to look for an older but running D90 that needs TLC...like an engine swap...

what's the value of a valid 1994 NAS VIN plate? That thing needs a frame, bulkhead, cage and lots of body panels.
