Hey personal experience I gave a Soldier of mine power of Attorney to ship my vehicle home to me we had to go to the military registration office and put his name on the NEO document/title. Once the time was up that I had to wait for it he shipped it through the military shipping company which is easier than the EH harms cuts down some of the red tape. I shipped my other vehicles which already had been accross the pond with american titles through my own expense through EH Harms. I have shipped 5 home in the 20 years I have been in and 8 being in Germany. I kept it titled with another Soldier just becuase of the safe keeping it would be in and to keep cost down and to ship it legally and cheaply and if they damage it well you have the claims process. He will have to also give you power of attorney and sign the back of the title showing you can title and put it in your name.

Thanks everyone. In reality, the truck is indeed for sale. If I were to sell here this summer, that may give me enough time to travel around and find another one (1 yr older) before I PCS in Feb 2015. By all means, if you're interested inquire away:-)

Usually takes 2-3 weeks for me to receive the letter via royal air mail. If you just need a build date they will email it for 6gbp.

If she doesn't sell after that, I'll likely take the 'put 130 in storage, find another beater rig, and sell later to pay to ship 130 home in 2016' route.
I had to drive a rented purple PT cruiser for 2 months while Pendy was rebuilding my truck because the rental agent F'd me. That's like 9 months of driving a Ford Focus.

You can do it.

Thanks. It's being w/o a rig, and using some of the $ for business start-up. We'll have our overall goal by next spring, but a cushion would be nice. This was my last ditch effort, so we'll see.

Hold yer breath yotch. You think I would have taken any? As it was I had to wear one of these driving it. The costume shop was fresh out of Briggs masks. No idea why.
