The VIN and AutoCheck for the auction in question on Craigslist is in here on the first page. Not Salvage, just a ton of miles.

Land Rover Defender 110 - $22000 (Southern Idaho)

For Sale: Rare Land Rover 1993 Defender 110 NAS. Only 500 of these unique vehicles were imported into the US in 1993. This is your chance to own #42/500. This rugged vehicle, built for roads and safaris, meets all USDOT requirements and is truly a collectors dream. 3.9 liter V8, fulltime high and low 4-wheel drive, seats 9, extra large tires (80%), ARB full steel bumper with 12,000 lb Warren winch, all aluminum body with steel frame, extra long 110" wheelbase, am/fm cd changer, cb radio, and fog lights. So here's the deal....these vehicles easily sell for $60,000 to $75,0000. I know this truck, which I just don't have time to enjoy anymore, needs roughly $3000 worth of work to get it up to long-distance travel reliability. You can drive it today, but if you want to take it on a long trip, I would have work done on the heater and AC, parking brake, a good tune-up and fluid changes and a general all-around check. If you are handy, you can do much of this yourself, that's the beauty of a bush vehicle like this. I am willing to sell for $22,0000.00 OBO, but I need to move it very fast and at this price it will! You won't find another deal, or a truck, like this! The vehicle is located in southern Idaho. Call and I can tell you more - 920-723-2053. Serious buyers only, please.

This is crazy stuff!! The guy sounds like a real piece of work for how he's handling this sale...

Jonathon, not to team up against you, but in this photo, all that I see is a dirty front seat. BTW, taking a photo of "an odometer" does not mean that it's a photo of the Defender in question. I can take a photo of my Mercedes and say it one from my D90. I'm not questioning your integrity. However, you're selling tactics are something else. Your reputation here is not helping you. Try not to be so defensive unless your overwhelmed with guilt.

I think those were reversed mounted steel rims (or reverse mounted wolfs)
