LHD D90 Turbo Diesel - $18k

Copy lifted from eBay ad. $18k here. Let me know if there are any questions. Thanks!

1986 Land Rover Defender

For sale here is a very nice, clean, solid 1988 left hand drive Defender 90 with a solid running turbo diesel.

Recently sanded and resprayed in Arles blue, this truck is a real head turner. Truck fires up on the first turn and runs and shifts beautifully. Truck is solid all the way around....bulkhead, frame, outriggers, cross member, door bottoms and foot wells are all in near perfect shape. No attention needed on any of them. All fluids and filters just changed. Truck pulls very strong and is ready to go. Power steering is also present which is a forgotten luxury in these trucks! Interior seating is perfect. No rips or tears anywhere. Headliner is tight and clean. Frame has some 'standard' albeit it very minor surface rust. The rear cargo area is without seats and I am currently having it bed lined and will update the listing with the photos once I receive them. I have done it in a few other trucks and it looks incredible. There are a few dings on driver side hood and door. Nothing serious and adds character to the truck.

Turbo diesel motor is a nice step up from the boat anchor na diesel. This truck is great starter truck or a nice clean slate for a complete restore candidate. Proper vin is SALLDVAB8EA318123. Full decode is below. Don't miss the opportunity to own an iconic Defender at a very reasonable price.

Yep, this was Asif's truck. I have attached some pics post bed liner installation in cargo area and foot wells. I think it came out pretty sharp. Any questions, let me know. Thanks!

I'm one that appreciates attention to detail. Look at how he removed some of the screws.
