LHD 110 200tdi project (plus garage full of parts) feeler... make offer

greetings!
I really hate posting this because it is an admission that I will not be able to complete this truck. I'm starting medical school next month and I did not progress on this truck as much as I hoped to in the past six months.
what I have is a LHD 110 with a rebuilt 200tdi and lt77s transmission. the project includes countless new parts; turbo, radiator, clutch, windscreen, fuel tank etc... I started fresh with a solid bulkhead and frame and have gotten the truck into "rolling restore" mode. but I did not get past the body mock up mode. I have driven the truck nearly 1000miles. the body is mostly there. but missing the grille assembly and some modern dash components as I've recycled a series 3 dash and have partial defender dash
to wire up fuel gauge, speedo and water temp. I do not have dash binnacle or warning lights but it does have the complete wiring harness
all lights are wired to make it road legal. as it is registered in Colorado. LED rear lights.
I am hoping there is someone out here willing to take this off my hands and see it to completion. I've invested over 12k in this truck, I'm open to any offers, my loss. I am happy to discuss any details about this project; what is needed and what all it includes as it includes tons of other parts not pictured. (Arb bumper, wheel flares. warn winch, new seals in box, new coils, rage rover grille etc)
I think this would be an excellent deal for the right person, I would consider driving it to you for the right price.
thanks for looking,
darian

Googling "divorce attorney" and the county you live in should give you good results.

Posting my project feels like a mix between breaking up and selling my child

I've emailed pics and provided a phone number to those who have PMed.

Man, sooo tempting! Good luck with the sale! I'm divorced already and I know I need this like a hole in the head! But the dark side calls.

I'm not divorced and not planning to... but I'm willing to gamble it.

Funny, my 12 year old daughter just walked up behind me while I looking at the pictures and simply said "no" I think she could hear the wheels turning in my brain.

Darian,

I was so burnt out after my first year in med school I bought a 1973 88" Series III to work on over the summer break to get my mind straight. That truck got me all the way through residency with a lifetime of memories. Nothing like scrubbing in for surgery smelling like gear oil, petrol and exhaust. I totally regret selling it last year. Good luck in med school, and good luck with the sale.
