Land Rover HI Capacity Pickup

Rover started as a 75 Series III pickup. It was rebuilt and upgraded to a Hi Capacity pickup by Rovers North in 2000 using LR Genuine Parts for a friend of theirs. Mileage since rebuild is 64.5K. It has a 300tdi/R380/LT230 TC, disc brakes on all 4 corners, Sals rear diff, Rhino lined bed, RN rear bumper, new Michelin XZL tires on Wolf rims, Superwinch Husky 10 with RN/Mantec front bumper, Mantec snorkel, Boge self leveling unit and LR HD springs. No A/C.

The chassis and undercarriage has been waxolyed. I have owned the truck for 7 years and it is kept in heated garage. Originally from Arizona, it is rust free and not driven during the Ohio salt season. Truck has been well maintained with synthetic fluids. It is titled and registered in the state of Ohio 1975 Land Rover Pickup.

Included with sale: middle seat, steering guard, LR Genuine seat covers, workshop manual.
Price- $32,500.

Hi,

Could you explain the cubby...it looks pretty cool. Cannot get another truck, but might try to copy your cubby or see where you got it.

Nice, nice truck. GLWS.

I've seen the truck several times in person and it is nicer than the pictures.

Honestly a steal at his price.

Thanks guys, The cubby was fabricated by the previous owner. It sits higher than a Tuffy box or stock one. The extra height is comfortable for shifting and at first I thought I'd replace it but it actually works nice. I can take detailed photos and provide dims if you'd like.

Sorry, not interesting in trades at this point as I need to go with a 4 door non Rover pickup that I can use when the salt hits the roads in winter, although I admit to perking up at 130 HCPU's that pop up here for sale occasionally…haha

I agree with you, Chris.

I have seen this truck in person multiple times and it is one of the nicest 110's I have ever seen. I can also attest at how meticulous Mike is with the maintenance of his trucks (all Genuine Parts) and that he never drives this HCPU or his D90 in the winter time.

This HCPU drives like a dream. I wish I had the money to buy this.

Beautiful truck, Mike. Good luck with the sale.

Oh man... Drool

How much leg room with these single cabs? Since the seats are all the way back against the cab, the seat sliders/spacer aren't going to work.

I've decided to hold on to the truck for now so it's off the market. Got sellers remorse before selling…

thanks for the inquiries.

Nice looking truck. HiCap's are sweet

I see it still has a series 3 side step.... is that all that's left of the S3?
