Not an expert on NAS trucks but the side marker lights don't look right. On a NAS truck they are further forward and look to be larger.

This looks to be a Japanese spec from what I have learned from horsey. Clear upper turn signal lights, side markers, and inside the interior may be different, electric windows.

Definitely Japan/Dubai Spec. Fyi, they did not all have power windows.

The other interesting thing about this truck is that the speedo gauge has been swapped to miles but this it the first time (doesn't say much) I have seen it the stock gauge vs the typical VDO gauge.
