Importer/Shipping recommendation?

Anyone have a recommended international shipper and/or importer they have used for bringing in an older (>25 years) vehicle from the UK?
Many thanks,

Doug hands down. He has been involved in one of the most difficult imports of late, and cannot be beat. He is your insurance policy so to speak concerning your vehicle/monies. No affiliation other than an extrememly well pleased customer.

I imported mine through Tacoma about 1.5 years ago, but only after some very helpful advice from Doug. If we ever meet in person I owe him a pint or three. Since the tightened port security, I would have him do it and ship/road trip back home.

Where are you located in the UK? Do you have a post code I could use on ebay.co.uk to better estimate how much the "transportation in the UK" cost would be?

Doug is importing a 110 for me right now and imported my first 110 before I bought it. Can't say enough good about him. Maybe the can turn this cottage industry into a full time gig?

They are about 25 miles due north of London, beyond the orbital motorway.
