FS: Soft Top Tithonus

This is a temporary for sale advert for my 86' Tithonus. An opportunity came my way that I'd like to take advantage of and until that opportunity no longer remains for sale, then my Tith remains on the market. Otherwise I'm planning on keeping it because I really like this truck. So I will update the posing if it is off the market should that happen.

I have not done a photo shoot of the this truck yet because this is a quick posting and I will update in the next couple days should there be enough interest. I bought this truck off a respected board member here and the trucks drives strong as it should.

It's a standard RHD Tithonus with all the usual Tithonus options and engine, etc. I know many people really don't like the alloys so I have a set of steelies that I'll swap out for buyer should you request.

**This has to be the worst for sale posting on anything I've ever done...lol. But honestly, I'm in a bit of a rush at the moment and wanted to throw it out there to gauge interest so I can ponder my other opportunity more closely.

Cheers and thanks for looking

Not the worst ad ever.

I like the wheels on that truck. But that's just me

You should add that it has factory/MIL ROPS, what looks like a new tilt, etc. etc. and details for those who do not know Tithonus trucks and may stumble across your post.

GLWS, and hope you get the mystery machine you are looking at.

Great looking truck! I love the alloys on it. Great price too, I'm sure it will sell quick.

Thanks. I've got to get some additional pics up in the next few days as well as maybe some additional detailed info. Planning on trying to move it quick if I'm going to nail down this other deal so I suppose I'll throw it on ebay also and see if I can get some other interest there. The truck is solid and for a ST Tith its not an everyday occurrence to find a beauty like this one for the price.

Cheers!

Some additional pics.
I'm including a freshly painted black grill and freshly painted black headlight surrounds.
If it's sold in the next couple days then I'll also include two of these that are brand new and never installed rear bench seats:REAR SIDE BENCH SEAT KIT BLACK VINYL, EX4198 - Rovers North - Classic Land Rover Parts

I heard Tith values were on the rise too. Better snap this one up while the price is right!

I've seen some crazy prices on Tiths lately but I'd say this price is more than reasonable for a ST considering the condition. Hopefully one of these guys that's been nibbling on the bait makes the move sooner than later because it may not be for sale for too long. I love this truck.

Saturday morning Bump.

Putting it on craigslist and ebay in the next couple days if it doesn't sell here first. I figured this would have been a quick sale but I still have it.

Cheers!

More Pics. Taken a couple months ago riding through some trails. I had different wheels on it then if anyone notices.
The last couple pics taken yesterday after I installed new black grill and black headlight surrounds.

I ended up with two Tith and sold this one to Chris, as it was the nicer of the two- set the other one up to wheel...

Thanks. It's a PVC Tithonus top I bought from Mike at Riverhouse. Color is beige. I've had a couple questions about whether its olive or beige so this clarifies that debate.

Bump.

If anyone is on the fence and has been looking for a ST Tithonus, this is a really nice choice.

Some continued interest but I still have it.

If I can get this sold soon I'm going to include this military trailer with the Tithonus. The trailer needs some work in the floor of the bed (bit rusty) but it's a great trailer nonetheless.

I've had some stupid low ball offers that are laughable but I'm not giving this truck away. It's too nice and the price is fair. I'd like to sell it but if I don't I have plans for it so figured I'd offer it up before I start this project.

SHOW ME THE MONEY!!.....LOL

Bump.

Could have sworn this truck would have been sold relatively quickly but I suppose I was wrong.
Nobody is looking for a solid running and looking Soft Top Tithonus for a reasonable price??

Come on.......show me the money!!!
