FS '95 D-90 SW 87,xxx miles #467 of 510

I begrudgingly have had to place the D-90 for sale. We bought it to keep it, but the patent Atty. is not being as patient as I would have hoped and wants payment. Damn Attys (present company excluded).

Nonetheless I have it posted on ebay with all the details. I've my doubts that it will convert to a sale so I wanted to share with a group of individuals that enjoy these vehicle as opposed to those that dream about them.

My reserve is at $34K and I will absolutely end the auction early for you folks. I'll check back in here once the auction is over to let you know if it went or not.
Most of your questions will be answered within the eBay description and the resultant Q&A's that have came along. but please feel free to ask me any additional that you may have.

I'll attach a few preview photos here for your entertainment.

Yes it is Black, and we all know they didn't do black in '95. Originally this one was Green with White top.

There were plenty of black trucks in 1994, 1995 and 1997 - there just weren't any black station wagons.

Those are some great glamour shots of the outside, but they don't really give an idea of overall condition, just what the paint job looks like from 20-50 feet away. Open the hood and take some photos so that we can see the extent to which this was repainted. Interior of doors, floors and interior painted black as well, or all green?

Pictures of regular rust-prone areas are good as well (door bottoms, floors (again), bulkhead, chassis especially rear crossmember and outriggers, etc.). Hell, any shots under the truck at all would be a great starting point.

Good luck with the sale, welcome to the board, and post up more photos asap.

Thanks for the expeditious advice. Never is a shortage of advice in a forum.

I drove it over to Glamour Shots at the mall, but they couldn't get it into the studio... Had to do it myself.

I'll open her up for you guys and post the pix. since there is no rust on this sucker I'll take a guess at where the normal sport would be.

But I'll lift her skirt up and take a few more photos for the group.

Images from 'behind the mask' will be up soon... please stay tuned.

No problem. You'll also notice that the side markers along the driver and passenger sides in the front are two different style years - your driver side is the 1993-94 style and your passenger side is the 1995/97 style - so it would appear that the damage from the accident was significant enough to require the replacement of some body panels. It's a shame they replaced it with the incorrect body panels though. Was this when the color change was done?

Magnolia Bluff has a better view than the mall anyways. Nice looking SW. Too bad you have to sell it.

Holy cow! I've owned it for a year now, rubbed it, loved it, and never noticed that before. It's true what they say "love is blind". Perhaps i should through a photo up of my fiancÚ before I pull the trigger on that...

I've seen this truck around downtown Seattle several times. It is a very nice ride. The black paint looks good. GLWS.
