FS: 1989 RRC w/ PLENTY of add-ons - $1900

Here goes the worst for-sale ad ever.

1989 Range Rover Classic

Long story short, vehicle purchased by me but was "not as described". My loss = your gain, simply because I don't have the time or energy to strip everything off of it. I look at it as simply you're getting a great deal on the bolt-on parts, and the truck is free.

List of goodies:
- ARB front bumper
- Superwinch X9
- CB
- Sliders
- (5) Freestyle rims with BFG 235 A/Ts
- Aluminum Steering Guard
- Yakima Cross-bars (I think they're Yak)
- Roof Rack w/ 2 bike carriers
- Tail light guards
- Rust-free rear upper tailgate (this alone is probably $300-400)
- brand new A/C setup that was installed by prior owner, the compressor/etc and all plumbing are literally brand new (as seen in pics). However, I've been thinking of snagging this compressor to run my onboard air for the 90...but could be talked out of it if a buyer was interested. This A/C setup alone ran over $1500 (based on receipts).
- 160,000 miles
- clean VA title in my name

Now, the car certainly has some issues. It looks good from the outside - like, real good. It's not. Someone filled the bottom sills with spray foam and painted them black (not cool), the front footwells need some patchwork, and there's some holes/rust in the back driverside fenderwell (that can be seen from inside the truck). The main chassis is surprisingly ok, but there is a small hole in the passengerside frame rail right by the cat (fairly easily repairable). Some of the fuel lines look suspect, as did a couple of the brake lines (though I will add that these were not leaking/etc). There is quite a bit of an oil leak coming from maybe the rear main seal, though it's just a guess (since I haven't put enough into this to make it a project). I would strongly suggest going through it top-to-bottom and not just looking at this as something you're going to register and drive (though it probably would, I am going to insist for safety's sake that the buyer do this or I won't sell it with clear conscience). I'm also going to have to insist that - again for safety sake - you trailer this thing home, not drive.

It runs, drives, stops, etc...but probably will need some major attention - and things that I just don't have time for. The asking price literally reflects only recouping my shipping/transit costs from AZ to VA, my tax/registration/title fees, and insurance paid on the vehicle thus far. That's it. I'll give you the bill of sale from my original purchase that will make you crap in your knickers, and realize that I got hosed but you're getting a good deal since I want this thing gone .

PM me for details, but again please to NOT purchase based on gut reaction from the pics...I promise it isn't as nice as it appears! Like I said, worst for-sale ad ever.

If by "make", you mean I'll lose my shirt...then yes, that is correct.
