Fs 1983 5 door 110 lhd ac 200tdi

For sale is our 1983 LHD 110, X-Swiss Fire Brigade.
This is the #671 of the 7,000 110s built in 1983.

We are the third owner.
According to the second owner, it was part of an order placed by the Swiss government in 1983 that was mostly filled with 109s except for 28 110s.

When we bought it was all original except for the spare wheel carrier.
It was mostly rust free due to being parked in the fire house when not in use.

We are in the process of installing AC using the later 300TDI elite system which is considered genuine Land Rover. Just waiting on a new evaporator and dryer from UK.

We have completed the following upgrades:
200TDI engine (new injectors, rebuilt head, new head gasket)
New Heavy Duty Clutch
AC (in the process of being installed)
New Clutch Master Cylinder, Slave Cylinder, Flexable Hose
New Ashcroft 1.4 LT230 Transfer Case
New Sedimenter
New Spin-on Fuel filter assembly
New 12V fuel pump (self bleeding fuel system)
New Radiator
New Heavy Duty Glow Plug Controller
New Glow Plugs
New Gauges: Oil Pressure, Tachometer, Boost, Volts)
New 200 AMP alternator
New Battery
New LED Side Lamps (Clear)
New LED Stop & Side Lamps (Red)
New LED Signal Lamps (Amber)
New PS pump (Mercedes with new removable filter)
New PS Hoses
New Automatically Controlled Electric Fans (comes on at required temp or when AC is on - 1 pusher and 1 puller).
New Fuel Tank
New Fuel Sender Unit
New Fuel Lines
New Brake Master Cylinder
New Rear Brakes
New Puma Front Bumper (not shown in the first set of pictures)
New Michelin 235 85 16 Tires
Seat Covers for front seats Melville Moon (Not Installed)

No stereo or ass clown wiring changes that will start a fire.
Very little rust - mainly surface with a few bubbles on the back side of the rear cross-member.
Dash has a couple of small splits.

Starts immediately. Runs and drives without any death wobble or wander, Steers Straight, Stops Straight.
Just passed VA State Inspection.

Appraised @ $48K

Looking to get around $44K
No low ball offers

No just the standard ones and surprisingly very low on vibrations.

New take off center row 60/440 seats tucked away in the attic.
We have new Melville & Moon seat covers for these.
Currently has the early factory bench seat with seat belts, but will install these for the new owner if wanted.

The president of the automotive appraisers assoc is local.
He does comparative value based on sales similar to real estate appraising, but on a semi-national level.
