-Which soft top does it come with?
-Were the oil cooler lines replaced with braided stainless and re-routed?
-Rebuilt 4.6 was installed or a new one?
-Any A/C parts?
-What do the seats look like under the covers?
-What do the floors look like under the two sets of floor mats?
-Does it come with a rear bench and belts/hardware?

-Any discount with all of that extra stuff removed? Seems like it was purpose built for the current owner.

That would be a no.

Nice clean AZ truck. Probably never spent a single day in the NE.

Something for a lock or cable lock.
'94 STs did not have an exterior tailgate lock (but you can update them to the 95-97 lock) but this was probably the lock solution for the tailgate.

Mike (ECR) - what do your clients prefer? Retaining the original exterior fasteners provided they are in like new condition (such as this truck) or the bling of replacement stainless steel fasteners? IMO, on clean $$$ trucks like this, I would prefer the original fasteners as it provides a better indication of the trucks overall condition.

I have no connection to the owner of this vehicle, but I do take my Rovers to the place this truck is being stored. I had my D90 there about a month ago and this truck was sitting there......it is really bad as$ if your are looking for a true off road D90. I did drive the truck and it is definitely got pore pep than the standard engine. You never hear quick and D90 in the same sentence. For whatever it is worth, this is a really cool truck.

Well... if I am looking at a 90/110 for a client I want to see all the original stuff for the exact reason you mention.

http://eastcoastrover.smugmug.com/Ca...1089309_v5Fpcf

Having said that one of the first things we do is tear all that stuff out and replace it with stainless so...
If the 90/110 is a really nice original and not going to be used much, we try and keep the stock hardware.

Back on topic:
Good luck with the sale to the seller.

Someone asked me if the 4.6L is a rebuild or new. It's a new one, one of the last you could get from Land Rover, not a rebuild or a donor engine, but in fact factory new.

No on the oil cooler lines, see the photo above.
Brand new 4.6L V8 from Land Rover, not a rebuild or donor engine, brand new.
No A/C Parts.
Seats look brand new underneath the covers.
The floors are as good as they get, you won't find one with floors this nice without it having been restored.
No rear bench, belts or hardware. If it's not in or on the truck it's not included.
Sorry, no discounts for removing anything and we won't be removing anything prior to sale.

Which soft top? I don't see a soft top on it.

Guys,
I drooled on this truck yesterday and wiped it off with a brand new ShamWow before I was asked to leave.
Just kidding but if I had the room I would be taking this one home.
