For Sale 95 D-90 SW 28,126 Oringinal Miles

I am selling a 95 D-90 SW with 28,126 Original Miles, 5 speed trans, sun roof and A/C. This is a One Owner West Cost Truck. It was owned by a car collector with all books and records, Owners Manual, Purchase Contract and the Original Window Sticker. This tuck has no rust at all and from my understanding it was never even driven in the rain, it is the original owner’s personal truck and was driven a few miles a week only by his wife. Every nut and bolt is in place and original, the interior is still brand new, the back looks like no one has ever used it. The exterior is flawless, not ever one small dent or scratch. Truck has clear car fax, never been in any accidents, painted or ever been to the dealer except for maintenance. I just bought it so that I can off road with my friends and now thinking this is way too nice to off road. I would like to sell it and get something less expensive to off road, something that I would not feel bad getting dirty and beating up. If I could, I would keep this in the garage to use on weekends and get another one to off road. I am asking $45,000 OBO, please let me know if this is not what it is worth. I also would want to get an ST. I will conceder a trade and cash for a 94-97 D-90 ST fewer than 80K miles. For more photos, you can email me at james@maxxre.com

Why the reason for the new fender flair on the third pic top row third from the left?
Are you advertising for the original owner or are you the second owner and selling it.

Some clean pics definitely, Ring Ring Copley Calling

it looks good.
front right fender flare replaced. (not just missing shine)
too much money for me, and thee hardest sell by far.

5-speed - you got to love it.
wagon - no fun in the summer
so "one" most put a lot of thought into a purchase of a 95 wagon!!! not just say... "ok, i'll buy it".
(this is regarding my clients, not my opinion. personally, i think its the best way to have a defender, also has the most "zip" if that term can be used together with a defender!!! without modifying it.)

so sadly, i wont be calling at that price. but, wish you great luck and the truck looks good!!!

I just bought it and still have not had it registered so it is still a one owner truck, it is parked in my garage and under a cover, as for the flair I did not notice it but I am going to have to look at it. Thanks for the heads up. As for the price I am flexible and would conceder a good offer.

Some people are telling me that I am asking too much for the truck so I just reduced my price to $42,995 OBO.

x2. If you're not in a big hurry to move it, why give up the spread that a dealer would get by low-balling you and then re-selling at a premium price?

James if you paid around that for your wagon good thing you didnt go for the softop with more miles!!

You may want to try eBay or Craigslist as the price point are usually higher out there for the collectors or people with deep pockets versus enthusiasts on a forum who enjoy their cars. It took me 6 months to find a classic car that was overinflated (my opinion) on ebay and CraigsList and ended up getting on a classic car forum with someone who wanted to keep it with people who had love for it (at reasonable price).

And there is no spring in SoCal. : )

I just noticed that the local BMW / Benz shop ... that used to be the LR dealer ... have a white '97ST on the lot for sale.

Needs a top and some side marker lenses ... has ~35k miles on the clock ... and they're asking $42,995 too!

Must be a popular price point . Finders fees readily accepted

Im with Jonathan and Garth. If your not in any rush its worth what your asking for it. It just takes time and advertising to find the buyer that wants to spend $40k or $50k on a defender. Copley wouldnt call you at that price but he would probably list it at that price.
