This truck originally sold for WAY less than 25k. I nearly cried when I heard the story from the guy who had it built (I bought the rear hoop and cant rails off the cage).

Basically guy buys 300Tdi conversion, installer cannot get it to run replaces everything then says block is bad, RN says you are out of warranty because the install took longer than the warranty, guy ends up selling it for cheap. Sad. Very sad, but from what I understand if the truck runs now it is a good truck.

Glad you finally posted this for sale. I can not believe you still have it. I have been telling people who inquire about such a vehicle about this one. So post some pictures and sell it without my help.

I'll vouch for this vehicle being worth the money. Sean sorted it out after the initial engine problems and now its ready to burn fuel. Sad story about the guy who owned it before. I wish the installer had been able to sort it out for him.

Unfortunately, I am the guy who was on the loosing end of the "sad story." Just to let you know before Sean posts the pictures the front bumper is actually from Rockware and the sliders are Safarigard.

I should have had Sean or Pendy do the TDI conversion in the first place...

I'd buy is back if I could. Best of luck Sean.

Should have sold it to me Josh. If it is a D90 and does not run, I am your buyer :-)

Buy it now!

$48.5K indeed.
Let me make a prediction:
It'll sell for $35K and the new owner will be thrilled with the great deal.

I knew you guys wouldn't miss it! Keep in mind we spent $17000 & 5 months preparing this vehicle for sale, we are not "flippers" I believe it will sell for $48500, here's hoping.

A short list:
Removed the top end & went through engine again!
Replaced Body Panels where neccessary & full first class re-paint
New Serpentine Belt
New Fuel Filter
New Kenwood Head Unit
New MTX Amp
New Badger Soft Top
New Doors
New Genuine Land Rover Wing Top Protectors
New Rear Tire Carrier
Zinc Dipped & Powdercoated Rear Bumper
New Spare
New Driver's Seat
New Sunvisors
New Windshield
New Stainless Bolt kit
New Door Hinges
New Floor Mats
New Steering Ball 1 side
that's a few of the things we replaced that I can remember off the top of my head.

This truck was a frog, now it's a prince!

Well, Susan - you will make a me a happy guy if you do sell it for 48.5 - since this is practically a clone of my truck. Of course I would have to wash my truck...

Those LED taillights are different on the rear right? Did the mechanic here at Flatirons install those?

This truck has been sold for months. The person I sold it to, did a ton of body work and is now selling it. Please don't e-mail for information.

Thanks, Sean

The question wasn't directed to you Sean, we know who 'the person' is that has your truck for sale. Cheers!
