If anyone is interested, I will let it go. Ive been toying with selling and can put the money to better use elsewhere. Ill pick up an Arles Blue or Conniston d90 (once I have a garage to store it and rebuild it).
Overall it is in very good shape with minimal rust issues as it was originally a California and Nevada truck. Mechanically, it runs great whether at 75mph or just riding around town. Frame/bulkhead/rear tailgate bottom are rust free. Very light surface rust on door bottoms. Rear cross member is in good shape with only surface rust. See pictures. For d90 members- Looking to get low 20ís- what I have in it. Contact me and we can discuss. I highly doubt you will find a better d90 for the price. Not parting anything so please donít ask. 135,100 miles.

Land Rover Defender 90 Workshop Manual and Original Manual and lots of paperwork

Autocheck shows 5 owners. This is incorrect- I am the fourth owner. I have a clear title, previous owner had a clear title, but it shows mileage exceeds mechanical limits title in Nevada in 2001 which is defined as the vehicle has traveled more miles than the odometer is capable of showing. This defender doesnít have over a million miles, and from what I can tell this is a paperwork mistake. Nonetheless, Im disclosing this.
Failed emissions due to gas cap pressure test. I replaced the cap and it passed. Failed safety inspection due to safari headlight covers. I took them off and it passed. They are included in the sale, but not currently on the truck.
Only issue since I have had it is a small leak on the shifter/tower of the transmission. I took the transmission tunnel off and fixed it with RTV sealant.
Front seats need recovering. I have an Exmoor kit on order (Denim Twill), but still waiting to hear if it arrived in the latest container from England.
