So a quick update - I'm not really expecting $20k but mentioned that because I know forum regulars are cheap asses and will offer lower... Myself included and likely the worst one. Ha.

The ARB and or Detroit are NOT installed but are ready to go. In thirds for the rear, ARB front is loose in a box but complete with an extra diff.
Some extras:
I have many bushings, poly and oem rubber.
D2 style Door seals if someone wanted.
Extra rear seats (with BRAND NEW LEATHER Imported from the home land) and oem floor mats.
All AC parts condenser etc if wanted. (All under dash parts are there)
Extra trail spares like front signal lights, tail lights, side mirrors, fenders, bumpers etc.
rear lift gate (one on it is as near as perfect as I've seen)
Another center console if wanted
Set of steel wheels like new
Set of three spoke RRC alloys
Extra set of brand new OME shocks
Extra set of HD steering links.
Some extra glass and window regulators if wanted

Basically I have LOTS of parts and lots of spares that can be included in the deal.

I am more interested in TIME and moving on with other adventures right now.

If I don't sell it I don't mind. I'm not at all in a place where I really have to sell, just thought it may be good to clear space mentally and in the shop. Thinking mid/higher teens $ with all extras is reasonable given what a solid nicely modded stock one brings - this is SOOOOOOO much more fun, powerful, reliable and unique.

Cheers
Doug

Nice job Doug! It was a really solid truck, nice to see it being treated well.

Sold and delivered to NYC!

SUPER good guy who bought it and she will be treated well.

Happy and sad really but he will give her the love and final details she deserves. It was a nice ride from Maine to Brooklyn and I will miss her. She is sitting in the "big city" in a garage next to a SWEET classic FJ40 - so she's in good hands!

Thanks all.

I will let the buyer disclose that if he feels inclined - not for me to say.

Truck is AWESOME

So into the new year, and this truck is AMAZING. The ARB are in after installing new axles that had the 24 spline gearing instead of the older 10 spline. Going through the nits and nats and getting everything set up - doing the last 5% finish work that always takes some time. The truck has been getting lots of use in upstate NY (if anyone wants to go for a drive let me know) and drives like a champ. The trailing arms are going on soon thanks to spacers that came from RTE. Heated windshield and seats will be hooked up next week. Got the dome lights working, lights on the rack and bumper, and a power inverter and onboard air hooked in. Putting in dynamat on the hood to quiet it down (hard to take calls on the road) and installing the AC in the spring.

I can't tell you how much I love this truck. In the end I paid $10k for the truck and swapped him my 2001 4Runner as well.

I threw a few photos of the truck in, along with the RRC and her sister the FJ.

Hope to see you guys on the trail.
