Early 90 for sale - 200tdi defender retro fit

Early 90 for sale.

It's got a defender 200tdi engine, low miles on an Ashcroft main gearbox, discovery transfer box, +2' suspension, '86 Range Rover rear axle with disc brakes. The Chassis is pretty solid with a box section rear cross member, very solid & no rust traps. It's a hard top with plain sides(no windows). It is apparently one of the early press release vehicles.
It's a beater used extensively off-road, the panels are not very straight at all. Oh and there is some rust on the bulkhead under the windscreen.
I'm open to offers on this, my off-roading is confined to two wheels, sometimes one, usually followed by a big off nowadays
I'll get some pictures next weekend if anyone is interested.

As it stands - rusty bulkhead fitted but with a good bulkhead to replace the old one, somewhere in the region of £1500. I'm open to offers though. I want a motorbike trailer in the space currently occupied by the 90. Pictures will follow this week end. The hard top is removed at the moment so it fits in the garage.

Well the Engine was an unknown entity when I bought it from AJS but has proven to be a good 'n'.
When I laid the Land Rover up a couple of years ago I drained the engine oil and put in fresh.
If I bought it I'd change the timing belt as a matter of course.
Oil was changed every 5000 miles while i had it.

Any chance you'd sell to someone in the US?

It's been cluttering up my garage, I have a 110", so the 90 needs to go. Yes I'll sell it to someone in the US. I'll get pictures this weekend.
It's over 25 years old so it's just right to export over the pond.
Dug out an old photo - taken on a winch challenge event - no winch and didn't come last.

It's a white NAS 90. We were pausing for breath oh and rebuilding his front brake pipes that had some how got ripped out. I think reversing through thick undergrowth may well have had something to do with it
