I drove your truck in the rain when it was in San Antonio. It had less paint after the test drive than before.

The British Army had LHD Defenders for units in British Army Germany, of which the Queens Yeomanry was one such Regiment. The vehicle carried Desert Storm markings. This matches the regimental history, which then saw it go on two further campaigns. How do I know? I checked. I'm a LtCol in the British Forces working with the US military.
I'll soon have another over to work on.

No one is truly questioning whether they exist. The last two people that responded to this have them. They aren't rare. We were just trying to figure out how they became worth over $30,000.

my point was if you take the right pics and tell the right story, you'll find the right customer. If it sold for 30, it's worth 30. I think a rover with documented mil history like this should be worth more than a run of the mill rover. (no pun intended)

anyway. dumb thread i guess. although id like to see more pics of the truck (interior, underside)
