Convertible RRC?

Surfing and saw this on eBay? Check it out 380470641431 it says it is 1 of 3 RRC convertibles. Is this legit or did a custom shop build three of these? Anyone know anything about this thing?

Its Kustom, with Home Depot special pipe insulation padding. I saw a pic of it with the top on, and no way that thing keeps the water out.
