Cali no rust RRC fs needs head gasket

up for grabs is my 91 rrc swb with 221k on clock. Alpine white. chrome 3 spokes. tinted windows. I bought this almost 2 months ago from Beverly Hills, shipped to east coast. I bought it as it had a TON of expensive work done already, a lot over the last year from recored radiator to new oem waterpump to new headliner. When I got it, I installed a new alternator, rebuilt steering box from meridian, RN hoses, and rebuilt steering pump. In the last month. No rust anywhere on truck in usual places (bulkhead, floors, tailgates, doorjambs, cargo area floor, seatbelt posts etc). Only bit of surface rust is on front of hood where rocks had chipped paint, surface only nothing penetrating, no holes, and powder coat on light guards has some. Truck ran like a champ. I drove it 5 miles to and from work daily. Tranny shifts smooth, great on highway. Sunroof works, didn't leak. Electrics all work, windows etc. NO dash light warnings. Seats work perfectly unlike many of 93-95s. No dash cracks. Wood by shifter delaminating a bit but good. Seat leather excellent, console excellent, p-38 horn install nicer than stock, heavy rubber mats, carpets good although cargo area a bit dirty, new weather tech cargo tray, no air suspension to go bad, panels straight with one small dent in rear pass door, new AB brush bar, just too much to list. Basically it overheated a week ago and I'm told is leaking from head, needs hg job. I'm not spending any more money on this, a small fortune has been invested but I'm cutting my losses. So it needs HG and at some point exhaust is noisy at times and could be replaced but is very driveable with current exhaust for present. Located in Brooklyn NY. I am waiting for title from DMV as they are slow to send but should have in hand in a week or so. Comes with Thule rack, box of spare parts, owners manual, clean carfax, no accidents. With a bit of work this truck is ready to go. Starts right up, no battery drain, just a solid truck base that has another 100k miles in her easy. $2400. Rust free classic are so hard to find. dcbenny1@gmail.com. I don't check this site much so email me.

Have a bunch of iphone vids of all angles and truck running which I will make avail tmmrw afternoon-ish when I get a minute.
She drove great coming back from mechanic (Al at bay diagnostic in bkln) without getting hot but I had heat on high and gasket is leaking so she is definitely going to need HG job I'm told. Coolant level was slightly below when I dropped off, day of initial post.
I'm pricing HG jobs out now but nothing seems to fall much below 2k mark from reputable guys, although that's probably not news.
.
*I do have a deposit pending from out of town forum member who contacted me first so if that doesn't end up happening I'll send out vids as my posting abilities are lacking. Videos are not Scorcese quality but you'll get the jist which is...she is as described.

Great truck.

The truck is picked up and on its way to Ohio for some TLC.

when it gets here, i will put up a registry with some pictures.

Ben is a great guy and straight shooter. The kind of guy you feel comfortable with buying a truck from 600 mi away with just pictures and a few videos.

I took delivery today! She is just as you had described Ben.

She is a bit dirty from her travels, but Here are the pics you were looking for Josh.

I will have to sort the engine as she will no longer be running via Pedro Power.
