BUILT 1991 Range Rover, 2 door bobtail, 5.7L, 37" Boggers

1991 Range Rover, Continental Divide Edition
2 door/bobtail conversion, 100” wheelbase
3,300 miles on build
Custom built Chevy 350 (5.7L)
VDO speedo and tach
Custom gauges in dash: trans temp, amperage, fuel, oil PSI, oil temp, water temp
37x13x16 Super Swamper Boggers with 10” beadlock rims
4.75 KAM ring/pinion front and rear
Front ARB air locker
Rear welded spool locker
Bobby Long front CV axles w/Rovertym axle shafts
Dutchman rear axles
2” lift with cable limited downward articulation
Reinforced/plated frame
Reinforced axle housings
HD diff housings
Full custom skid plates
TCI Heavy Duty 700R4 automatic transmission
LT230 transfer case with special 2WD/4WD feature (built by Timm Cooper)
Corbeau seats with custom covers.
Summer half doors and winter full doors with power windows
Full multipoint roll cage by Racetech
20 gal. fuel cell
HD steering linkage
Series rear crossmember welded to frame as rear bumper
Custom front winch bumper
Custom rock sliders
Saginaw power steering conversion
Aero-quip lines throughout engine
Wilwood front calipers
Optima deep cycle battery
Ceramic coated headers and downpipes, 3” exhaust
Warn HS9000 high speed winch
Lots of spares included: front CV’s, rear driveline, hoods, tailgate, liftgates, roofs, windshields, front fenders, windows, center cowl, etc, etc.



Asking $14,000. This truck could not be replicated for less than $30k

A friend of mine runs a land rover / range rover specialty repair shop. Based on his experience, they are capable of stopping anywhere, anytime, at any cost.

I don't know about the brakes, only their unreliability.
