Sounds like you are a dealer. No private party has easy access to money to buy. Please confirm and publish contact information.

#1804 was "literally one of the last Defenders imported into the US?"

Really?

Didn't 97's go to number 2500?

I usually don't throw the word "rare" around lightly, but a 1997 NAS with a 3.9 is a rare beast indeed. Congrats on your recent acquisition and good luck selling it.

As most of us know a 3.9 and 4.0 are exactly the same displacement when talking about land rover engines. So sometimes I've seen online info listing even the Bosch 4.0 engines in a D2 as 3.9L

Funny this dude was all over local craigslist postings, and Audi/bmw forums when I was looking for another car. You could always tell they were his because they'd say like $300/MONTH, LOW INTEREST. He trolls the e90 boards and apparently he'll be here now as well.

Why does it matter what price people sell their Defenders at on this board? Is this a charity where Defenders are traded at a below market price. Last time i checked, this was a for sale section. If you are insulted at someone's price don't buy it. It still amazes me when people post a truck for sale on here there is always some jackwagon waiting to throw in their comments on how shitty the truck is. I thought that was outside the forum rules. My assumption is, if someone wanted to sell their truck from this forum, they would want the best price possible??

Understanding the guy that posted this ad may not be the mose legitimate, this is a free site and rules are rules. I come here for information and it seems like there are a bunch of member trollers that love to just stir the pot.
