Bad day for me...

putting out the feelers...

complete exceptionally good running d90 300Tdi 50,000 mile drivetrain.
1.4:1 t-case,
Ashcroft Underdrive (3 months old)
complete front (RHD) and rear axle assemblies
New stock front 1/2 shafts
GBR 24 slpine rear axleshafts
rear ARB with compressor and wiring
front True Trac
R380
newly rebuilt diriveshafts.
Safari Gard rear lower links, captured 3" ome lift.
4 35X10.50 ssr's on disco steelies with less than 1000 miles
2 extra disco steelies.
1 285X75 r 16 spare (new)on stock d90 alloy
bolt in roll bar

good RHD bulkhead
body panels complete, but well-used
All still assembled on a d90 frame that is bent, but possibly fixable, will only consider selling complete.
runs and moves, leaks no coolant or fluids, but can't be driven far due to the bent frame/ front pinion angle.

Right now i'm still figuring out what i am going to do, but get on the list for first come first serve if i decide to let it go whole....AT THIS POINT I HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF PARTING IT OUT>>>>SO DON"T CIRCLE THE KILL LIKE A BUNCH OF VULTURES

it really should be in the parts section where i originally posted this......that's all it is now...

it will make a good rig again with a frame and front clip, i just don't know if i have it in me to build it for the third time...

if you buy it Sandor...i'll throw in that bumper you were interested in...

Lyman, is this a whole truck or a pile of parts? You said you were not going to part it out so it sounded like a whole truck.

Follow-up Post:

Damn. I just read that thread Lyman, that sucks bad!

if it's sold....it will be sold as "parts" vehicle...., but most likely it will still be all in one piece.

....yep, it does suck, 7 years of my life.

Ok, cool, then I will leave it here since is a whole truck but if you deside to break it out, I can move the thread over to Part.

Man, after watching my D90 burn, I can feel some of yours or anyone else's pain of loss.

for what the insurance looks like they will be paying me, i can't afford to sell it for less than $14,500.
if there is any interest, let me know. otherwise i'm ordering a Designa chassis friday. this is an extremely hardcore rig for the money.

the frame may be pullable, but not for me.

e-mail for clearer diagnosis of damage if interested.

Lyman,

Very sorry to hear about your ordeal. Is there anyway that we can access pictures. Or can you send them to me. I might want to buy this from you, but would like some detailed pics. Thanks!!

Wow, what a bummer. I know how sick I felt when I put mine on it's side. It'll be a job, but I hope you can rebuild it.

it doesn't look that bad in pics, frame is wrinkled behind the bulkhead outrigger and forward of the trailing arm mounts on both sides. there are more pics scattered on the www.adirondackjeeps.com site of it in action prior to the fool running into me. you'll kind of have to take my word for the wrinkles in the frame, as although i did crawl under there to look at it once, i'm still pretty sore from the cracked sternum..

my Jeep friends are ready to help all they can. i figure i can swap the frame in under 30 man hours with good help...everything was never siezed when it was built, so i figure a in a weekend we'll have it back in operation. i know i can rebuild it, as i completely built it from parts myself, i just haven't convinced myself i want to, yet....but economically, it's still the cheapest thing for me to do to get back into a rig of this caliber.

Friday it will be, too late. if someone want's it....better act fast.

not really going to look much different....different winch bumper, sliders, and SG 3 link will be about the only changes. i'm REALLY happy with the truck as it is/was....i just want a little more flex in the front as i wheel with a lot of jeeps with 5" long arm kits and i have front flex envy.
